Wanna enjoy Forró in all its beautiful facets for a whole weekend?
After such a lovely experience of our first Baile last year, we’re flattered to invite you to our 2nd festival in Leipzig!
We create a space that remains accessible to as many people as possible and at the same time offers Forró in all its qualities:
This includes a sense of community, incredible dances, dance and culture workshops with international teachers, concerts with awesome musicians and your presence!
Get ready for
● 11 Dance Workshops with 4 international teachers: Connie & Dedé - Frankfurt, Lili -
Toulouse, France and Icaro - Salvador/Belo Horizonte, Brazil
● 3 Live Shows, including our special guest Janayna Pereira - one of the most
important character in the current music history of Forró
● 3 different DJs who can offer you all kind of Forró from Pé de Serra to Universitário
● 1 Culture Workshop with Icaro, who combines knowledge of Forró, Capoeira and
other rhythms
● Sunday brunch to spend some quality time together
There will only be one ticket slot. Our Early Bird prices apply until October 1st, after which the Late Bird prices apply. If you wanna play a part, send us a message. We will try to connect people to be hosted / to host.
If the prices exceed your budget, write to us and we will find a solution. But have in mind that we also want to value teachers and artists in the Forró scene financially.
