Most of you probably already know him from some other events, as he is travelling a lot to teach Forró. We are really happy that he will be sharing some Forró with us for the first time in Leipzig 😍

Levels:

Beginners:

This is the level appropriate for you if you're either attending a beginners course or finished one but never did a following course. You should know the forró basic steps (we have a crash course for you, if you don't).

Intermediate 1:

You've been dancing for more than a couple of months, you feel comfortable with multiple figures, you have decent connection and listening to the beat is as easy as taking a walk ;)

Intermediate 2:

You have good connection on multiple contact points like legs, hips and upper body. You know, apart from other cool stuff, what's a five-step turn (turn on the line), a giro paulista (turn on the spot), caminhada and caminhada com trava (or trava).

Advanced:

You're a forró expert, and you know the whole a-z repertoire! Push and pull, cadenas, 7+ step turns and dark side are side are things you're familiar with.

Obs.:

We love people dancing in both roles! Feel free to mix things up and do some workshops as leaders, other as follower. Due to how we setup the platform, If you want to book things for both roles, please select two categories on the first screen :)
